The words hit me in the car last week because WAY TOO MANY women are using this as their business strategy!
Passively waiting for their dream client to notice them.
Hinting & wishing is not a success strategy.
Waiting around IS NOT A PLAN - for anything!
We need an approach that works for YOU - because there’s NO one-size-fits-all visibility strategy…
You get to design it - but you MUST be open & direct with your audience about what you offer, even if it’s terrifying.
We treat visibility like complicated rocket science.
Harboring stories about how it’s pushy & aggressive to be visible.
How people will judge us - or won’t buy what we offer, so why bother?
Then, we hide & hope people somehow figure out how amazing we are…
Obviously, people need to know about you…so they can buy from you or refer someone to you, right?!
We have to be visible to have the life & business we’re dreaming of. With more money, time & freedom.
Life would be so much better when we stop sweating fear - so this month…
You’re going to learn about the poisonous lies & excuses we use to stay hidden -

First up: The poisonous lie that “No one wants my offer, so I can hide.”
You worry, What if I go to all this trouble to create an offer, a service, a product?
What if I pour all my love & brilliance into it, and no one wants it?
We convince ourselves it’s garbage. We think of all the people who wouldn’t want it!
Of course, it would SUCKETY SUCK SUCK to create all that content, spending all that time & energy on something that no one wants!
Focusing on the people who may not want or need your product is holding you back.
Here’s the antidote:
KNOW the need in your market. Know exactly WHO NEEDS your offer!
We never put an unvetted idea out into the world. That’s too big of a risk.
Can you answer these questions?
• Who needs your offer?
• Who WANTS your offer?
• Who ELSE would want it?
• Why would they want it?
• How could they use it?
• How ELSE could they use it?
Know these answers inside & out, upside down & backwards - you are now working with some data. Facts.
You’re no longer ASSUMING anything. You KNOW very specific people with a VERY specific needs are desperately seeking the solution to their problem.
And the solution is YOU.
How can you remain unseen when there are clearly SO many people who need your work? Your offer? Your solution?
Assumptions are the worst enemy of an entrepreneur!
And if you’re hiding from your business, you’re assuming either that
- Everyone needs your solution (nope, they don’t).
- No one needs your solution (that’s a lie - someone desperately does.)
Who’s in the middle of everyone and NO ONE that needs you?
KNOW WHY the market NEEDS your brilliance & the easier it is to be visible.
In my first business at the fitness studio, a LOT of creative women solopreneurs were our clients.
They’d talk to me about their frustrations with the chaos of building a business.
They were spinning around - not taking action. Had all the ideas but couldn’t accomplishing their goals!
Activating, focusing, and making money? That was their kryptonite.
I saw a need specifically for creative women entrepreneurs. They wanted accountability, needed mindset shifts, and craved more money.
The NEED was obvious.
What do your people NEED?
Are you sure? If not, answer these simple questions:
- Who needs this?
- What do they need?
- When do they need it?
- Where do they need it?
- How do they need it?
- Why do they need it?
FIND the answers.
Know them with CONFIDENCE & being visible to your ideal dream clients suddenly doesn’t feel like a choice anymore.
They have a problem, a need - and you have a solution.
Remember: the first Visibility Lie is “No one needs this thing - so I can hide”.
The truth? Yes, there are people who DO NOT NEED YOU.
You don’t have to be visible to them.
But you DO need to be visible to your absolute dream audience, because the need is SO GREAT>
Find the need. And the lie that “no one needs this” disappears.
